You will have to be 18 years and above, Singaporeans/ Singapore Permanent Residents.
I am not from Singapore, am i still eligible for Free Consumer Account?

I do not know how to register, please advice me ?
1) Submit shopping mall request form.
2) Drop us an email at worldbestvalue@servehope.com with Subject: “I will like to register for Free account”
3) Please provide us your Full Name as shown in NRIC / ID and your NRIC/ ID number.
4) We will register on your behalf and reply to you once completed.
Why do i have to print application form and send front & back copy of my NRIC ?
This is required as part of verification process. Application form has to be filled and signed, together with front and back copy of NRIC and upload them. This is not required if you are just amember.
Is it safe to send front & back copy of NRIC/ID and application form as i am worried of security issue ?
Verification is done on your end and we do not keep your images of application form and NRIC / ID
How long will the verification take ?
Verification will take 3 working days and you will be notified.
Why I am charged additional $10 for delivery fee?
For purchase below $130 in a single cart, $10 will be charged.
Is there free delivery to my house?
For purchase above $130 in a single cart, delivery is free.
